Louise Gay Garner, age 72, of 202 West Terminal Boulevard, formerly of Farmville, died Sunday, December 24, 2000 at her home. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Church Street Chapel of the Farmville Funeral Home by Rev. Jarrett Banks and Rev. Tony Glass.

Interment will follow in the Gay Family Cemetery near Walstonburg. Mrs. Garner was a member of the First Baptist Church in Farmville. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jasper L. Gay.

He was born in Kalamazoo, son of the late Doris Kietzman and Martin Knobloch.

Mr. Knobloch was preceded in death by a sister, Norma Becker. A memorial service will be held at Hope Lutheran Church at a later date.
