We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to manage our Colorado Springs, CO branch located at 1440 Paonia St, Colorado Springs, CO 80915.What will you be doing:

• Customer interaction and business relationship support.
• Staff management support and enforce all company policies, procedures, directives, and guidelines.
• Facility and equipment management.
• Purchasing/Receiving/Transfers
• Ensures warranty items are promptly processed and area is maintained and reviewed on a weekly basis.
• Ensures accurate inventory levels.
• Promotes a safe work environment by adhering to safety policies, quickly addresses unsafe conditions, adequately achieves assigned branch safety goals.
• Financial reporting.
• Conducts daily communication to Regional Operations Manager the operational status of the branch.
• Plans regular training for staff and promote efforts to raise the level of job and product knowledge within the branch.
• Monitors new account sales and existing account sales.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or a related field or 3-5 years’ experience with retail management and/or distribution and related functions. HVAC knowledge a plus.
• A strong understanding of safety standards and policies in a warehouse setting.
• High degree of personal ethics, customer service, and commitment to safety.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently and at times discreetly, use sound judgment, and make thoughtful decisions in a timely manner.
• Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize, set and keep deadlines, change direction quickly, and adapt to various work environments easily.
• Must be able to communicate well interpersonally, written, and in group settings as well as can follow verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions based on business needs.
• Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.
• Must be able to work effectively in group settings through collaborative, solutions oriented, and win-win approaches.
• Must be able to understand and abide by company policies and procedures.
