Lottery permit
The Iona Presentation College Parent Council - Friends of RowingRaffle 2024(Raffle) is being conducted pursuant to lottery permit LS221917624issued by the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries under the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987.
The Permit is held by Debra Powell, Dean of Co-curricular, on behalf of Iona Presentation College (ABN: 26 834 791 402) of 33 Palmerston Street, Mosman Park, WA 6012 (Iona Presentation College)to conduct and promote the Lottery in Western Australia.
Promotion Period
Raffle begins: Saturday3 August202412:00AM AWST.
Final ticket sales close: Saturday31 August202411:59PM AWST (unless sold out prior to this time)
Draw date: Thursday5September 20241.00PM at Iona Presentation College.
Terms and Conditions
Only 300 tickets at $50 each will be sold. There is no limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased by each individual Purchaser (subject to the overall ticket limit of 300). Proceeds from the sale of the Raffle tickets will go towards Iona Parent Council - Friends of Rowing initiatives. The winner will be notified in writing and the names of the winner may be published in the Iona Presentation College newsletter, The Ionian, and on the Iona Presentation College Facebook and Instagram accounts from Friday 6September 2024. Iona Presentation College may use a prize winner’s details for promotional purposes. By purchasing a Raffle ticket, the Purchaser agrees that if the Purchaser is a prize winner, the Purchaser will participate in reasonable media activities concerning the Raffle draw and to photographs or video of the winner being used for the Iona Presentation College’s marketing and promotional activities (both in print and on the internet).
Main Draw
Assuming all tickets are sold, each ticket has a 1 in 300 chance of winning the prize. The prize value is $9750.00.Prize is not transferable or redeemable in cash.
Conduct of Draw
The prize draw will be conducted by a representative of the Iona Presentation College Parent Councilat Iona Presentation Collegeon 5September2024, by means of a barrel draw. Unclaimed prizes will be dealt with in accordance with the procedures set out in the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 (WA).
